FAQ

Fair questions

The things everyone asks before they hit download.

Can the Manager really do tasks, or does it just chat?

It really does them. Ask it to chase an invoice and the email is drafted and sent. Ask for the week's numbers and it reads your live data. Ask it to book a meeting and it lands in the calendar. If it can't do something, it says so and tells you where you can.

Do I need technical skills to set it up?

No. If you can write down how you'd brief a new employee — the goal, the questions to ask, what a good call looks like — you can configure an agent. Most customers are live the same afternoon.

What happens if a call goes off-script?

Playbooks are guide rails, not cages — and you set exactly how loose with the script-adherence slider. Agents adapt to whatever the caller says while steering back toward the objective. If a caller needs something outside the agent's role, it transfers — to another agent or a human — with full context.

What if it makes a mistake on a call?

Every call is recorded, transcribed, and summarised, so nothing is invisible. Guardrails let you define what agents may never say or promise, and escalation rules bring a human in the moment confidence drops.

Can I add more than four agents?

Yes — on the Scale plan agents are unlimited. Every agent is a playbook, so a fifth specialist (renewals, support triage, review collection…) is a configuration, not a development project.

What do I need to run it?

Any Windows or Mac machine and the free Node.js runtime. Unzip, double-click, and the dashboard opens. Phone calling needs a Twilio number and an ElevenLabs voice — both connect with a paste-in key from the settings page.

Where does my data live?

Archagency is downloadable software. Your playbooks, call logs, transcripts, and customer records are stored on your machine. Voice and AI processing use the providers you connect, under your own keys.
